Quality: Machine is still working but the housing is nearly not able to stand alone, is deformed and has cracks. Even the power supply and the platform for the mainboard are deformed. Delivery: It seems that the damage happend while shippment. Service: There is no approach on side of the seller to compensate this damage beside a small discount for a new order, which I will never do at these company.

First, you said it was a transportation problem. You reported the problem more than a week after receiving the machine, which exceeded the insurance period. The freight forwarder will not compensate you, but we have been communicating with the freight forwarder about it. Secondly, the bottom plate of the machine can be slightly fixed with tools, which will not affect the use. Finally, you asked us to compensate 3000 USD which is unreasonable. We have been actively communicating to resolve this matter. You finally agreed to a compensation of 500 USD and we will also deduct 500 USD from your subsequent orders. Since you reported the problem, we have been actively cooperating to find a solution.
